ABOUT ME

I’m Jessica Penzias, a Professional Coach with a background as an award-winning playwright and Broadway producer. I hold a certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU and a degree in creative writing and theatre arts from the University of Pennsylvania, where I graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude with honors.

In my coaching practice, I help clients break large goals down into concrete next-steps. I support professionals as they cultivate meaningful career goals and develop a sense of daily purpose in their work lives.

I operate through practical, research-driven frameworks and believe that a good coach can act as the sounding board, thought partner, and mirror we all need to do our best work.

Over the course of three, six, or twelve months, we’ll explore goals, measure progress, agree on homework, and re-calibrate together.
